You agree to a minimum booking fee of $75.00AUD if not under warranty. This does not include any additional parts or labour involved in the repair of your system. You understand that software is not covered by Techagora's warranty. It is the customers responsibility to back up data, Techagora does not take any responsibility for loss of information. Express Fees are not covered under warranty. As of March 1 2013, repairs that remain unclaimed for 28 days after completion may be subject to additional fees and charges based on the duration of storage. Once finalized, the minimum charge is non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to if the job is cancelled prior to the job being started.
